My Business Management and Marketing Degree has give me insight into resources that I use in the Real Estate Industry to help each client in their unique situations.

Previous Experiences: ________________________________________

All of my previous work has been in very self-motivated and creative positions. I have been a tax preparer, the customer service manager, marketing director and operational/ office manager in two small businesses, as well as, working closely for a billionaire. My positions have involved handling very confidential information, extensive organizing and client relationship building. Both clients and my employers have told me that they value my implementation style, organizational skills, fast work pace, and original solutions – qualities that may be as equally valuable to you.

Real Estate Experience: _____________________________________

It seems that unique transactions have sought me out. From needing more attorneys to work out an easement issue on a very old piece of property, to helping out-of town investors find and work with local contractors to renovate foreclosures. That being said, I LOVE a smooth transaction and will do my best to make sure that everyone knows what is going on and where we are in the process. I have recommendations for all sorts of lenders, home inspectors, pest inspectors and contractors. I like to think of myself as a professional treasure hunter - a good deal being the treasure.
