If you do not have favorite properties picked out or want to see the newest properties the day they are listed, let me know. I can set up a property alert for you.
Sometimes we can go the same day. I usually request 24 hours of notice if possible.
The more properties the better. You are not wasting my time. Every house is a learning experience to help you find what is really important to you.
finding land
Land can be a bit more tricky. I can help with aerial maps and directions, including the closest landmarks/ working addresses to put into GPS. However, we really won’t know the conditions of the roads to get there until we drive it.

Are there any restrictions? Minimum Sq Footage, Architectural review?
